This is one of many installation / troubleshooting videos created. While working with the Sales and Customer Service teams, it was discovered that the product owners would be better served with video tutorials for simple tricks/suggestions, rather than flooding our call center with questions that were not easily answered over the phone.
These videos helps: Eliminate erroneous calls, increase customer satisfaction, and shorten printed manual costs by half.
There are situations where you and your team just can't execute a project due to internal resources - and that's OK. At the time, the Aquabot brand went through a brand renewal and our team needed to have product videos ready for online and trade show viewing. Having 5-7 new products to launch and little time to execute presented quite a challenge.
Our solve was to work with Fuse Animation and have them compile product videos while it was art directed by our internal team. As the Marketing team, we needed to work with different internal teams including our Engineering group to take CAD files and have them animated to produce these types of video. The script was done in a was that it was interchangeable for all the new products, which saved time, money and resouces.
